Processing time for each order can take up to 2 business days. Shipping can take anywhere from 2 - 7 business days, depending on your local post office.
We DO NOT ship any orders during weekends or holidays. We do accept online orders 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. If orders are placed online during the weekends or during a holiday, they will be shipped until the next business day.
If you would like to set up a return please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will do exchanges for a different ring size, however we do not exchange for a different product. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and will not be reimbursed. A 2.9% restocking fee is taken from the total cost of the return to cover credit card processing fees incurred. If the item is not returned in sellable condition (i.e is scratched or damaged in anyway) you will not be eligible for a refund and the item will be sent back to you.
We DO ship INTERNATIONALLY to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Europe, Japan, New Zealand, Puerto Rico and United Kingdom. We are NOT responsible for any Custom Fees or Custom Processes. Free shipping for international orders of $800+.
We are currently offering USPS ($50) as shipping option for our customers. That is the cost to us to ship an entire order internationally through USPS including insurance. That price is not only for one item but for the ENTIRE order regardless of how many products are purchased. Free shipping for international orders is applied for orders that are $800+
Sales tax is charged for only addresses in New York & Los Angeles.
We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. Only residential and business addresses will be accepted.
We are currently only accepting payments through Paypal. This includes all major credit cards.
